		<description>1.) I&#039;ve heard of Gary plenty before now, but I&#039;ve always been a little turned off by him... that has changed.

2.) If hearing him talk about how he felt when he started winelibrary doesn&#039;t stir the heart strings then you need to find something to be passionate about.

3.) If you have the passion and are willing to work then good things will happen... if you also have patience then great things will happen.

Love the new site design, and thanks for posting this video.  It makes me want to lock myself in my office at home!</description>
