Also, do you use the Nike+ to track your runs, Ted? If not, I think you should. I haven&#039;t personally - mainly because I suck at running - but it would be a cool way to be able to follow your progress. I assume you can syndicate your uploaded progress somehow...?</description>

		<description>I was very brand loyal to Nike for a while, they look cool and felt good however I recently went and got fitted at the Orlando Track Shack (http://www.trackshack.com/) when I decided to make running a part of my regular work out regime and they basically fit a shoe to your foot, also keeping in mind your activity level.  They put me in some Asics and the difference was amazing, Nike shoes are heavy!  If you decide to keep up with your running after your marathon, you should check em out!</description>
